Alyssa Merrick

Alyssa Merrick has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as the Director of Strategic Sourcing at Westerman, Inc. Alyssa also served as the Senior Commodity Manager at the same company. Prior to joining Westerman, Inc., Alyssa worked as the Global Commodity Manager at Crenlo, where they played a key role in merging Worthington Engineered Cabs with Crenlo Cab Products through a private equity firm. Alyssa has also held the position of Commodity Manager - Engineered Cabs Division at Worthington Industries. In addition, Alyssa has worked as a Purchasing and Materials Coordinator at Oerlikon and as a Purchasing Agent at Hartzell Air Movement. Alyssa started their career as a First Year Salesperson at The Southwestern Company and later served as the CEO & Salesperson at Polar Merchandise. Throughout their career, Alyssa has demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing, managing supplier relationships, negotiating cost savings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Alyssa Merrick earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Ohio Northern University in 2012. Alyssa then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Operations at Bluffton University from 2013 to 2015.
