Jacob Novendstern

Jacob Novendstern, CBCP, serves as a Business Continuity Analyst II at Western Alliance Bank, where responsibilities include maintaining Business Impact Analyses, business continuity plans, and conducting quality assessments across multiple partners. Notable accomplishments include the development of a geographic-based Risk Assessment for the Bank's 60+ locations and the creation of various guides and documentation to enhance business continuity understanding. Previously, Jacob volunteered with Denton County as a CERT Volunteer and worked at IKEA in roles focusing on risk and compliance auditing, emergency response, and safety training. Jacob also gained experience as an Emergency Management and Safety Services Intern at the University of North Texas, concentrating on exercise design and hazard mitigation planning, while holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Emergency Administration and Planning from the same institution.
