Jennifer Rodgers has extensive work experience in various leadership and management roles. Jennifer started their career in the United States Air Force as a Military Personnel Officer, where they supervised teams and led unit reorganizations. Jennifer then worked as a Management Assistant to the Director at THE CITY OF BELLEVUE, leading strategic projects and achieving 100% compliance for department accreditation. After that, they served as an Organizational Development Specialist at the US Army Western Regional Medical Command, where they evaluated medical clinic operations and facilitated strategic planning sessions. Jennifer then joined the General Services Administration as a Workforce Planning Specialist, implementing interview processes and conducting business case analysis for process improvement. Currently, they are working at the Western Area Power Administration, starting as a Training Specialist and progressing to roles such as Director of Continuous Process Improvement, Chief Strategy Officer, and Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer. In their current roles, they have built continuous process improvement programs, delivered cost avoidance and program ROI, and provided strategic leadership.
Jennifer Rodgers has a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Colorado State University and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University, SHRM-SCP from SHRM Certification, and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Jennifer also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from ETI Group USA.
