Rob Sibbrel

Rob Sibbrel has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Rob started their career at Thor as an Account Executive/Recruiter from 1994 to 1996. Rob then joined Career Strategies as the Vice President of Technical Services/Sr. Account Executive, where they worked from 1996 to 2003. From there, they moved on to JobPlex, where they held the position of Vice President for a year. In 2004, they joined Hitachi Consulting as a Recruiting Manager, responsible for recruitment efforts and implementing a training program for behavioral interviewing.

In 2005, they joined Western Asset Management as a Human Resources Project Manager, where they collaborated with senior executives to establish the company's compensation philosophy and communication strategy. Rob then progressed to the role of Compensation and Benefits Leader (Gobal Head of Total Rewards and HR Technology) from 2008 to 2015, during which they oversaw executive compensation programs and reviewed employee benefit offerings. From 2015 to 2017, Rob served as the Interim Global Head of Human Resources at Western Asset Management.

In 2017, they became the Global Head of Talent Management and Total Rewards, leading initiatives related to leadership development, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, learning, succession planning, HR technology, and human capital analytics. Finally, in June 2020, they were promoted to the position of Global Head of Human Resources, where they continue to provide leadership for the firm's HR initiatives.

Rob Sibbrel received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Arizona. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from USC Marshall School of Business, which they completed in the years 1999 to 2002.
