Sandy Rutter

Sandy Rutter is a seasoned education professional with extensive experience in training, community engagement, and early childhood education. Currently serving as a Training Specialist at Western Dairyland EOC, Inc. since October 2013, Sandy previously worked as a Community Manager at Globe University-Eau Claire, where responsibilities included raising campus awareness through community engagement initiatives. Sandy's teaching career began at Blackduck Elementary School as an Early Childhood Special Education teacher, followed by a role as a teacher at Eau Claire Lutheran School, focusing on Kindergarten and elementary education. Additionally, Sandy instructed a Global Citizenship Class and coordinated Service-Learning projects at Globe Education Network. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Education from Purdue University Fort Wayne and multiple licenses and degrees in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from Concordia University and Bemidji State University.
