Oril Hadley

Oril Hadley has extensive work experience in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) roles. They started their career in 2000 as a Regional HR Generalist in Atria Senior Living Group, providing employee relations and conducting various HR tasks. From there, they worked at Great-West Retirement Services as a Registered Representative, assisting with retirement plans. In 2004, they joined Ensign Group as an HRIS Resource/Analyst, leading special projects and system implementations. In 2014, they moved to Pacific Dental Services as a Supervisor of People Systems, specializing in Workday HCM and collaborating with multiple departments. Currently, Oril Hadley holds the position of Director, HRIS at Western Dental & Orthodontics.

Oril Hadley attended UC Irvine from 1990 to 1996, where they obtained a BA in Social Science. Later, from 1997 to 2000, they pursued an MBA in Human Resources at National University.
