Philip Bernard

Philip Bernard has extensive experience in the technology and engineering sectors, particularly in hard disk drive operations. Since February 2000, Philip has held multiple leadership positions at Western Digital, including Senior Vice President of Global HDD Operations and Vice President of Engineering for Worldwide Failure Analysis/Systems/Characterization. Prior to this, Philip served as Director of Engineering at Western Digital Singapore from 1996 to 2000 and managed RQT at Seagate Technology from 1988 to 1996. Philip holds a Master of Technology from Nanyang Technological University Singapore (1994-1997) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from the National University of Singapore (1984-1988).
