Reed B. Rayman

Reed Rayman has been a director since January 2023. Rayman is a Private Equity Partner at Apollo Global Management, a leading global alternative investment manager. He previously worked at Goldman Sachs & Co. in both the industrials investment banking and principal strategies groups from 2008 to 2010. Rayman also serves on the boards of directors of Yahoo Inc. (of which he is the Chairman), ADT Inc., Shutterfly, Edgio, Coinstar, CareerBuilder, and EcoATM. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Harvard University.
