Saravanan Chidambaram

Saravanan Chidambaram currently serves as the Global Head of People Analytics, Operations and Shared Services at Western Digital, a position held since December 2021. Prior to this role, Saravanan was with PayPal from August 2011 to November 2021, where responsibilities included directing a global People Analytics and Business Intelligence team, managing analytics for Global Core Payments, and overseeing the development of self-service analytics infrastructure. Saravanan's earlier experience includes serving as the Technical Project Lead for eBay's Experimentation Platform and as a Technical Team Lead for Buyer Activity Tracking. Saravanan holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology from Madras University, obtained between 2000 and 2004.
