Toni Hayden

Toni Hayden is a highly experienced professional who currently holds the position of Senior Director, Chief-of-Staff to Chief People & Inclusion Officer at Western Digital. Prior to this, Toni worked at Cisco for a significant period, holding various HR-related roles, including Director, People Experience Enablement and Chief of Staff positions. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from San Jose State University and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from De Anza College, Toni has a strong educational background to support their extensive career in Human Resources.
