Amber Denman-Weathers Nremt-P

Amber Denman-Weathers NREMT-P, FF is an experienced professional in emergency response and education, currently serving as an Adjunct Instructor at Western Iowa Tech Community College since January 2022. In this role, Amber conducts Hazmat Operation Refreshers for local fire departments and EMS agencies. Additionally, Amber holds the position of Safety and Emergency Response Supervisor at CF Industries, where responsibilities include designing and implementing emergency response plans and training teams in various emergency scenarios. As the Iowa State Coordinator for TRANSCAER®, Amber supports first responders in understanding hazmat transportation. With a rich background as a volunteer Firefighter/Medic at Sergeant Bluff Fire Dept and previous roles in paramedic instruction and emergency response coordination, Amber has a diverse skill set in both training and hands-on emergency care. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Fire Science from Columbia Southern University and a Paramedic certification from Marquette General School of EMT, among other training certifications.
