Neal Ingram

Neal Ingram is an experienced Civil Engineer currently working at Western Isles Council since September 2004, where responsibilities encompass the design, supervision, and management of various civil and structural projects, including active travel strategies, road and drainage designs, and bridge inspections. Prior roles include Graduate Engineer positions with the same council and experience at Atkins Global as a Graduate Structural Engineer, focusing on structural design and flood prevention schemes, as well as at Clyde Design Partnership, where project work involved new housing developments and structural assessments. Neal holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Glasgow, obtained in 1999.
