Sheikh Tahir Majeed, Ph.D., is a Postdoctoral Scientist at Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine since August 2023. Previously, Sheikh served as a CSIR-SRA (Pool Scientist) at the University of Kashmir from January 2023 to July 2023. Earlier roles include a DS Kothari Postdoctoral Fellow at Central University of Kashmir, where Sheikh acted as Principal Investigator focusing on cell signal transduction from November 2017 to October 2022, and a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Kashmir, concentrating on translational research and cancer pharmacology from February 2017 to October 2019. Sheikh completed a Ph.D. at the University of Kashmir between 2011 and 2016, with undergraduate education at Western Michigan University and the University of Kashmir from 2007 to 2010.
