Lou Kaiser

Lou Kaiser currently serves as Vice President of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) and Security at Western Midstream since July 2023. Prior to this role, Lou Kaiser was a Board Member at Rubicon LLC from November 2020 to July 2023 and held the position of Senior Director and EHS Business Partner at Huntsman Corporation for nearly three decades, from May 1995 to July 2023. Lou Kaiser also contributed as a past Board Member of the Adventure Learning Program in 2018 and worked as Regional Health and Safety Manager at Mobil Oil Corporation from May 1988 to May 1995. Lou Kaiser has military experience as a Captain in the Engineer Corps - Airborne with the United States Army Reserve from 1985 to 1993. Lou Kaiser earned a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville between 1983 and 1988.
