Sarah Ashford

Sarah Ashford, SHRM-CP, has a strong background in human resources. Sarah began their career in 2007 as a Recruiter at Bothwell Regional Health Center, where they worked until 2017. During their time there, they also held the role of Recruiter. In 2017, they joined Western Missouri Medical Center as a Human Resources Supervisor. Recently, they were promoted to the position of Director of Human Resources in March 2022.

Sarah Ashford, SHRM-CP, earned an Associate's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from State Fair Community College. Sarah completed their studies between 2000 and 2004.
