Kathy Odell

Kathy Odell is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience spanning several organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at the Western North Carolina Conference UMC since March 2015, Kathy has previously held the same title at Pfeiffer University from 2005 to March 2015. Earlier in career, Kathy worked as an HR Consultant for Royal & SunAlliance between 2000 and 2005, and spent over a decade in various human resources roles at The Hartford from 1986 to 1999.
