Mike Grant

Mike Grant has extensive experience in the plastics manufacturing industry, currently serving as a Process Technician at Western Plastics, Inc. since July 2004, where responsibilities include filling in for the shift supervisor and ensuring the accuracy of cycle times and processing parameters. Prior experience includes serving as a Shift Supervisor at Sturgis Molded Products from 1994 to 2003 and as an Assistant Supervisor at Days Molding and Machinery from 1984 to 1993. Mike Grant holds a Master Molder 1 certification from RJG Technologies and completed coursework in Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Human Resource Management at Glen Oaks Community College.
