Principal Internal Auditor at Western Power

Talia S has a diverse work experience spanning from 2013 to the present. Talia started their career as a Public Relations Associate at Shalom College UNSW in 2013. Talia then worked as an Accountant/Assoc Assurance at PwC Australia from 2015 to 2017, progressing to the roles of Consultant and Senior Consultant. Talia also served as the National Treasurer for Diversity and Inclusion at PwC Australia from 2018 to 2019.

In 2017, Talia joined the Executive Board of Bondi Mizrachi Synagogue, where they were responsible for financial budget preparation, strategic planning, and high-level operational oversight.

From 2019 to 2022, Talia worked at BNK Bank, initially as the Chief Audit Executive and later as the Diversity and Inclusion Co-Sponsor.

Talia has also been a Council Member at the Institute of Internal Auditors - Australia since 2021.

Since 2022, Talia has been the Founder and Head Coach at Good Money Feels, a platform focused on financial coaching.

In 2023, they will join Western Power as a Principal Internal Auditor.

Talia S has a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Accounting from The University of Western Australia, which they completed from 2012 to 2015. In 2013, they also briefly studied Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering at UNSW. Talia is currently pursuing a CA ANZ qualification in Accounting from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, which started in 2018 and is ongoing. Talia also obtained a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking from AAMC Training Group, which they completed in 2021. Talia additionally holds a Certificate II in Security Operations from the National Security Training Academy Limited, with specific details about the obtained month and year not provided.
