Msom Steph Koester

Steph Koester, MSOM has a strong work experience in the education and assessment industry. Steph started their career at Pearson in 2010, where they held various roles including Program Manager, Sr Project Manager, and Project Manager until 2017. After that, they joined ACT and worked as a Senior Product Manager, Senior Manager, Director of Product, and Director of Strategic Initiatives. Steph was responsible for driving strategic initiatives, implementing changes, and identifying areas for improvement. In 2021, Steph joined Scantron Corporation as the Director of Digital Assessment Product Management, where they managed multiple products and facilitated the wind down of the K-12 product suite. Steph then moved on to New Meridian in 2022, where they served as the Director of Product Management. Currently, Steph is working as the Senior Director of Product Management at WPS - Educational and Psychological Assessments, starting in 2023.

Steph Koester, MSOM, obtained a Master of Science degree in Organizational Management from Peru State College in 2018. Prior to that, Steph completed a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Peru State College in 2016.
