Brian Doran

Brian Doran has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Brian most recently worked at Western & Southern Financial Group as the Vice President of Operational Excellence starting in February 2018. Prior to that, they held various roles at Barnes Group Inc., including Director of Barnes Enterprise System-Engineered Components, General Manager of Barnes Aerospace, Division Manager of Barnes Aerospace Aftermarket, Operations Manager of Barnes Aerospace, Manager of Lean Enterprise, Revenue Sharing Program, and Division Controller. Brian also worked at Pratt & Whitney as an Assistant Controller and in Business Analyst positions, and at Arthur Andersen, LLP in an Audit role. Throughout their career, Brian has demonstrated expertise in operational excellence, strategic planning, culture development, lean management, and financial analysis.

Brian Doran earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Syracuse University in 1994. Brian later pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Purdue University Daniels School of Business from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, they possess certifications in 6 Sigma Blackbelt and is a Certified Public Accountant.
