Jim Wolff, MBA has a diverse work experience. Jim started their career at Clemans Nelson & Associates, Inc. as a Consultant, where they managed various management consultation projects and successfully completed them within budget. Jim then progressed to the role of Senior Consultant, where they took on additional responsibilities such as writing proposals, collecting information, executing projects, and presenting results to senior leadership.
In 2011, Jim joined Paycor as an Implementation Consultant for HRIS. Here, they managed over 100 HRIS implementation projects for new and current clients, and identified opportunities to create efficiency in implementation processes resulting in increased revenue and client satisfaction.
Jim's career further advanced at Paycor as they moved up the ranks to become an Associate Manager, HRIS and Time Implementation. In this role, they directly managed 15 client-facing implementation professionals, leading to a significant increase in completed projects. Jim'sproposal for product enhancement saved over 1700 hours of configuration time.
Jim'snext role at Paycor was as the Manager, Implementation, where they successfully onboarded high-revenue tier clients and managed implementation teams through organizational restructuring and the implementation of new Project Management methodology and tools. Jim reduced revenue not started by over 50%.
Jim's most recent experience is with Western & Southern Financial Group, where they held the position of HR Business Technology Manager. Here, they acted as the primary product owner for Enterprise-wide Talent Management systems and developed new systems and modules to enhance user experience and gain efficiencies. Jim also played a critical role in creating and publishing Human Resources reports and data visualization dashboards. In their most recent promotion to Director, HR Technology and Operational Excellence, Jim continues to excel in their responsibilities and contributes to the success of the company.
Jim Wolff, MBA attended the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business from 2008 to 2009, where they obtained their MBA with a focus on Management. Prior to that, they also earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with a specialization in Human Resource Management from Miami University.
