Clinton Coberly has extensive work experience in the legal field. Clinton is currently working at APi Group as the Safety Segment General Counsel (US) and at Western States Fire Protection as the Vice President & General Counsel. Prior to these roles, they worked at Jomax Construction as the Vice President & General Counsel. Before entering the construction industry, Clinton was a member of Hall & Evans LLC and an attorney at Lambdin & Chaney, LLP. Clinton joined Hall & Evans LLC in 2013 and worked there until 2021, and they started their legal career at Lambdin & Chaney, LLP in 2009 before leaving in 2013.

Clinton Coberly attended Colorado State University from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. Clinton then enrolled at Mitchell Hamline School of Law from 2004 to 2007, completing their Juris Doctor degree. Additionally, during their time at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, Clinton also earned a Certificate from the Dispute Resolution Institute in 2007.
