Matt Meiners

Matt Meiners serves as the HR Director at Western Steel Buildings since May 2023. Prior to this role, Matt held the position of Regional HR Leader at Sunrun from August 2021 to May 2023 and worked as HR Director at Sysco from August 2018 to August 2021. Matt's extensive experience includes significant roles at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where duties ranged from Regional HR Manager for Latin America to HR Manager positions at various sites, alongside participation in the Human Resource Leadership Program. Earlier in their career, Matt functioned as an HR Consultant for MicroBusiness Mentors from August 2008 to June 2010. Matt holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Behavior/Human Resource Management from Brigham Young University, earned between 2006 and 2010.
