Brittany Passer

Brittany Passer has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Brittany is currently working at Western Sugar Cooperative as the Human Resources Director, a position they started in January 2023. Prior to this, Brittany was the Senior Human Resources Manager at VieCure from September 2021 to March 2023. Brittany also worked as an HR Manager at HighPoint Resources from July 2018 to May 2021, where they focused on developing and executing business initiatives, fostering employee engagement, and optimizing HR systems. Before that, Brittany served as an HR Generalist at E2 Consulting Engineers, Inc. from February 2017 to July 2018, where they conducted high-volume investigations and provided HR support at all levels. Brittany'searliest work experience in HR was as an HR Generalist at Chuck Latham Associates, Inc. from October 2011 to February 2017, where they processed benefits, managed projects, and developed relationships with vendors and employees.

Brittany Passer pursued a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Colorado State University Global. Brittany has also obtained the certification of Certified Plan Sponsor Professional from the Plan Sponsor Council of America in 2020.
