Martin Holland

Martin Holland is an accomplished International Fundraising Consultant with over 15 years of experience in the non-profit sector, specializing in Face-to-Face fundraising, Major Donors, Grants, and Individual Giving. Currently serving as a consultant for Oxfam Ireland and an adjunct fellow at Western Sydney University, Martin has a proven track record in strategic partnerships, performance consulting, and donor base development. Founder and Director of Beyond Exploration, Martin has expertise in expedition planning and leadership, while also co-founding the Community Climate Centre to address climate crisis challenges. Educational background includes BA Hons degrees from University of Exeter and Falmouth University in Environmental Studies and Marine and Natural History Film and Photography, respectively.
