Kevin Mole

Kevin Mole currently serves as the Head of Digital Banking for Europe and the Global Head of Digital Assets at Western Union, a position held since May 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing the global strategy, launch, and scaling of digital assets. Kevin is also the Founder and CEO of Project Haven since September 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President at Ripple, Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, and Principal/Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group. Kevin began their career as an Associate Director at UBS Investment Bank and held the position of Investment Associate at Coller Capital. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Management & Strategy and Marketing from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Washington University in St. Louis.
