Khayam Zabair

Khayam Zabair is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational risk management and outsourcing oversight, currently serving as the Director at Western Union since June 2017. Notable achievements include the successful implementation of an organization-wide Operational Risk database, significant reductions in operational risk incidents, and the establishment of a robust Outsourcing Oversight framework in compliance with EBA regulations. Khayam has also been recognized with the Global CEO Employee of the Year award for exemplary contributions to operational risk management. Prior roles include Settlements Manager at Western Union Business Solutions and various managerial positions at VFM Services Limited, where Khayam drove process efficiencies and enhanced employee engagement.
