Stephen Poloz is an accomplished economist with a robust background in corporate governance and advisory roles. Currently serving as a Special Advisor at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP and a Corporate Director for Enbridge and CGI, Poloz also holds positions as Chair of the Global Advisory Board for Key and Chair of the Advisory Board for the Lawrence National Centre at the Ivey School of Business. Poloz's experience includes serving as Governor of the Bank of Canada and a Director on the Board of the Bank for International Settlements, where significant contributions included chairing the Audit Committee. Academic qualifications include a PhD and MA in Economics from Western University and a BA in Economics from Queen's University.
