Mpho Mokoka

Mpho Mokoka is an experienced operations and plant manager with a solid background in optimizing customer service and value chain integration across various roles. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Westfalia Fruit since November 2022, Mpho focuses on aligning plant goals to achieve targeted results. Previous positions include Plant/Bakery Manager at Grupo Bimbo and Plant/Factory Manager at Nampak, both emphasizing value chain optimization. Mpho's experience also includes manufacturing excellence management at Tiger Brands and total performance management at Nestlé, where strategic planning for loss reduction played a key role. Mpho holds degrees in Industrial Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from Cape Peninsula University of Technology and the University of South Africa, respectively.
