Valerie Toney

Valerie Toney serves as the Team Development Coordinator at Westfall Gold since May 2023, bringing extensive experience in human resources accumulated over nearly 15 years. Prior to this role, Valerie held the position of Deputy Director of Human Resources at SIM USA from September 2007 to July 2022, where expertise in planning, directing, and coordinating HR policies and activities was demonstrated, emphasizing legal compliance and talent strategy. Earlier career experiences include serving as an HR Generalist at both SIM USA and D.R. Rossi, M.D., PC, where responsibilities encompassed employee relations, training, recruitment, and administrative HR duties. Valerie's foundational experience began as a Sales Administrator at Ramex, Inc. Valerie Toney holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from American InterContinental University and a BA in Psychology from Queens College.
