Tara Sandahl

Tara Sandahl, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist and previously as a Human Resources Coordinator at Westfall Technik Inc. since May 2022. Tara gained foundational HR knowledge as a Human Resources Intern at Velosity from February to May 2022 and also provided customer service at Planet Fitness from August 2021 to March 2022. Prior to their HR roles, Tara was an Assistant Manager at Bayport Liquor and held various positions at Holiday Companies, including Shift Lead. Earlier career experiences include a Team Lead role at Rotary Systems, Inc., demonstrating strong leadership and training capabilities. Academically, Tara holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from St. Cloud State University and an Associate of Arts degree from Anoka-Ramsey Community College.
