Amy Driscoll

Amy Driscoll, MHA, currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Accident & Health Claims at Westfield Specialty Insurance since August 2025. Previously, Amy held the position of Stop Loss Claims Operations Manager at Symetra from October 2023 to August 2025 and was a Stop Loss Team Lead and Senior Claims Adjuster at Roundstone from January 2017 to October 2023. Amy's career in claims adjustment began at Travelers, where Amy worked as a Litigation Specialist and First Party Medical Claims Adjuster between February 2012 and December 2016. Prior to that, Amy held roles at Sedgwick CMS and Xchanging as a PIP and Medical Claims Adjuster, along with a position as a Legal Secretary at Attorney at Law for Jeffrey Kolt. Additional experience includes serving as a Medical Arbitration Handler and Medical Claims Adjuster at Progressive Insurance. Amy earned a Master of Health Administration from Ohio University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Portland State University.
