Amy Davin

Amy Davin, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Human Resources Director at First Mutual Holding Co. since January 2022. With extensive experience in human resources, Amy has held various positions at Westfield Group, including Employment Manager and Recruiting Manager, starting in March 2008, and previously worked as an Assessment and Development Specialist from August 2006 to 2008. Additionally, Amy is a member of the Board of Directors for the United Cerebral Palsy Association of Cleveland since September 2017. Prior roles include Talent Acquisition Team Manager and HRRM at Key Bank from 1996 to 2006 and a Recruiter at Cencor from 1991 to 1997. Amy holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Ohio University, obtained in 1991.
