Lauren Naworski

Lauren Naworski began their work experience in 2005 as a Senior Staffing Consultant at Adecco. From 2008 to 2012, they served as a Human Resources Generalist at Behavioral Health Network. Lauren then joined Community Health Resources, where they held various roles including Recruitment Manager from 2012 to 2015, Human Resources Service Manager from 2015 to 2018, and Director of Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS from 2018 to 2021. Currently, they are working as the Vice President of Human Resources at Westfield Bank, a position they have held since June 2021.

Lauren Naworski earned a degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Salve Regina University between 2000 and 2004.
