Andrew Atwood

Andrew Atwood has over two decades of experience in the nuclear materials sector, currently serving as the Resource Manager for Nuclear Materials Research and Development at Westinghouse Electric Company since June 2000. Atwood has held various roles at Westinghouse, including Acting Director of Product Engineering, Principal Engineer, Senior Design Engineer, and Associate Engineer, contributing to material development, testing, and licensing documentation. Prior to this, Atwood worked as a Get Connected Network Assistant at Virginia Tech and completed an engineering internship at Union Carbide. Andrew Atwood earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Virginia Tech between 1995 and 2000.
