Joe Piccioni

Joe Piccioni has extensive work experience, starting in 1992 as an Ingot Plant Manager at Cressona Aluminum Company. Joe then held various roles at Alcoa, including Director of Global Industrial Gas Turbine Casting Operations and Global Director of Operational Excellence & Business Development. In 2013, they became the Senior Director of Strategy and Operations at RTI International Metals, where they were responsible for developing profitability and growth strategies. Joe later returned to Alcoa as the Chief Operating Officer of the Titanium Segment and successfully restructured the business. Joe then joined Arconic, where they held the positions of Vice President & General Manager of Arconic Titanium Engineered Products, Chief Operating Officer of Arconic Titanium Engineered Products, and Senior Vice President of Operations at Arconic Engineered Structures. Most recently, they were appointed as the VP of Global Operations at Westinghouse Electric Company. Throughout their career, Joe Piccioni has shown strong leadership skills and a track record of achieving profitable growth and operational excellence.

Joe Piccioni has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University. Joe also completed a Cultural Diversity in Organizations program at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Additionally, Joe completed a Leadership for Senior Executives program at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. Joe also participated in a Leadership Development Program at Saybrook University.
