Shayne Andrews

Shayne Andrews currently serves as the Director of Pricing & Analytics at Westland Insurance Group Ltd., a position held since May 2021. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager of Underwriting Analytics at BCAA from July 2019 to April 2021, and Senior Treaty Underwriter & Pricing Actuary at MS Amlin from October 2010 to September 2018. Additional earlier roles include Debt Capital Markets Analyst at Deutsche Bank, Modeling Assistant at John Hancock, Actuarial Student at Manulife Financial, and Junior Business Analyst at Falconbridge. Educational qualifications consist of a Master of Data Science from The University of British Columbia and dual Bachelor's degrees in Actuarial Science, and Business Administration, both with Distinction from the University of Waterloo and Wilfrid Laurier University, respectively. Additionally, Shayne has attended the University of Nicosia and participated in the Western Initiative for Scholastic Excellence at Western University.
