Roseann Martoccia

Roseann Martoccia is the Executive Director at WestMass ElderCare since March 2018. Prior to this, Roseann held the same position at Franklin County Home Care Corporation since 2001. Roseann holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from the University of Connecticut, along with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Urban Studies/Affairs from the same institution.
