Chloe Farr

Chloe Farr is a seasoned professional in the talent acquisition and recruitment domain, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Advisor and previously as a Recruitment Coordinator at WesTrac Cat since May 2023. Prior to joining WesTrac Cat, Chloe Farr worked at Defence Force Recruiting from October 2018 to May 2023, where responsibilities included Attraction and Sourcing and recruiting efforts. Earlier experience includes a role as a Financial Consultant at Commonwealth Bank Australia from August 2014 to October 2018. Chloe Farr is currently pursuing a Diploma in Human Resource Management at TAFE NSW, having completed secondary education at St Pauls High School Booragul from January 2006 to December 2011.
