James Evans

James Evans joined Westridge in 2021 as the director of teaching & learning. Originally from Britain, James worked at The Buckley School in Sherman Oaks since 2003, serving as English Department Chair since 2016, Social Studies Department Chair since 2020, and Mastery Transcript Consortium Site Director since 2017. In his current role, he works with Westridge faculty and administration to plan, direct, implement, and evaluate the functions of curriculum, instruction, and assessment. His daughter Lorelei '28 also attends Westridge.
