Serina Dai

Serina Dai has worked in the beauty and cosmetics industry since 2001. Serina began their career as an R&D Chemist at Cosway Company in Carson CA. In 2007, they moved to Markwins Beauty Brands Global, where they held the role of R&D Senior Chemist. In 2008, they joined Voyant Beauty, where they held the roles of R&D Senior Director, R&D Director, and R&D Program Manager. Most recently, in 2019, they joined Westwood Laboratories, Inc. as Chief Scientific Officer and Senior Director of R&D.

Serina Dai holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Master of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Saint Joseph.
