Isabel Garcia's work experience begins in 2013 when they worked as a Math Tutor and STEM Scholar at Phoenix Community College. Isabel tutored students in various math levels and organized events to promote STEM fields. In 2015, they worked as a Sales Associate Cashier at Sears.

In 2017, Isabel joined Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University, where they took on various roles. As a Grader, they assisted Dr. Perreault in the course Unit Operations Environmental Engineering. Isabel also worked as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant for Dr. Conroy in the course Intro to Environmental Engineering, where they answered student questions, held office hours, and clarified lecture prompts. Isabel continued their graduate studies at the university.

In 2018, Isabel joined Kimley-Horn as a Civil Analyst, and in 2019, they moved to Westwood Professional Services as a Graduate Engineer I.

Isabel Garcia began their education at Phoenix Community College from 2011 to 2014, where they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Civil Engineering. Isabel then pursued their undergraduate studies at Arizona State University and completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering from 2015 to 2017, while also being a part of Barrett the Honors College during the same period. Following their undergraduate studies, from 2017 to 2018, Isabel attended the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University and obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Environmental Engineering, as well as a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree, specializing in Environmental Engineering.
