Paul Morton, P.E., CFM has a diverse work experience in the field of civil engineering. Paul most recently worked as an Assistant Project Manager at Westwood Professional Services starting from February 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Project Manager at T.Y. Lin International from January 2021 to February 2022. From July 2014 to January 2021, they worked as a Project Engineer at VTN Nevada, where they were responsible for detailed drainage design, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, and designing hydraulic structures. Paul also handled various permitting and approval processes for Technical Drainage Studies, CLOMRs, LOMRs, Dam Safety Permits, and NDOT encroachment permits.

Paul Morton, P.E., CFM completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno between the years 2010 and 2014. In September 2018, they obtained additional certifications including Certified Floodplain Manager from the Association of State Floodplain Managers, Inc. (ASFPM), and Professional Engineer and Engineer Intern from the Nevada State Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors.
