Geotechnical Engineer at Westwood Professional Services

Sydney Klinzing, EIT has a diverse work experience. Starting in 2018, they served as an Undergraduate Researcher at the Recycled Materials Resource Center and later at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In 2018, Sydney also worked as a Student Ambassador at the University of Wisconsin-Madison College of Engineering.

In 2019, they continued their role as an Undergraduate Researcher at the University of Wisconsin-Madison while also serving as a SOAR Peer Advisor.

In 2020, Sydney worked as an Engineering Intern at Madison Water Utility and later as a PrEPS Facilitator at the University of Wisconsin-Madison College of Engineering.

In 2021, they held the position of Geotechnical Engineering Co-op at Westwood Professional Services, where they gained valuable experience in the field.

Currently, Sydney is working as a Geotechnical Engineer at Westwood Professional Services, starting in 2022.

Sydney Klinzing, EIT, pursued their education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2017 to 2022. Sydney obtained a degree in Geological Engineering with a focus on Geological/Geophysical Engineering. In 2019, Sydney briefly attended The University of Queensland, where they continued their studies in the same field. Additionally, they acquired the certification of Engineer In Training in September 2022 from the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services.
