Tim Mulrooney, P.E. has a diverse work experience in the engineering field spanning over two decades. Tim began their career as an Engineer Intern at Buchart Horn, Inc. in 1994, where they worked on various projects including telecommunication towers, retail stores, and road widenings. During their time there, they also gained experience in surveying and site plan approvals.

In 1999, Mulrooney joined Allen & Hoshall as a Vice President. Tim was responsible for business development, profitability management, staff utilization, project management, and civil design engineering for land development, airfield, transportation, and utility projects. Additionally, they led the sales effort for the Civil Engineering Division and conducted weekly sales and progress meetings.

Mulrooney went on to join Prime Development Group in 2009 as a Vice President before joining Slater Hanifan Group in 2013. At Slater Hanifan Group, they held the position of Director of Land Development, where they were responsible for director duties, business development, profitability management, staff utilization, and work assignments. Tim also played a key role in managing multiple project managers and design teams, building client relationships, providing forward planning and entitlement services, and presenting entitlement cases to various approval boards.

In 2018, Slater Hanifan Group merged with Westwood Professional Services, and Mulrooney transitioned to the role of Director, Residential Market. In this position, they continued to utilize their expertise in land development and played a crucial role in driving the residential market division.

Currently, Mulrooney holds the position of Director, Land Division, Plano Office at Westwood Professional Services, a role they assumed in July 2021. Their responsibilities in this role include overseeing the land division and leading the Plano office's operations.

Tim is also certified in Tennessee Erosion Prevention and Sediment Control Level I & II by the Tennessee Department of Conservation.
