Epiphany Loux is an experienced UX Researcher and Project Designer currently working with WeThrive Hub and EwingCole, respectively. With a strong background in user research and community design, Epiphany has facilitated workshops, developed conceptual design frameworks, and conducted qualitative research to address user pain points and improve housing processes. As a Board Member and Secretary of PhillyCHI, Epiphany connects the local UX community through educational and networking events. Previous roles include a Qualitative Design Researcher at the Hamer Center for Community Design and a Design Research Intern with the City and County of San Francisco. Epiphany holds a Master of Architecture from Penn State University and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of Pittsburgh.
