Ebonie Crawford

Ebonie Crawford, CSM, currently serves as the Global Vice President of the Employee Community Group at WeWork, leading initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace and enhancing employee engagement. With a strong background in community relations and operational management, Ebonie has successfully developed training resources for a global audience and achieved high engagement scores during onboarding sessions. Prior to this role, Ebonie worked at Athleta as Experience Manager, driving brand loyalty through community events, and at Nike as Marketing/Digital Manager, where significant increases in consumer traffic were attained. Ebonie holds a Master of Liberal Arts in Political Science from Converse University and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from the University of Florida.
