Coleen Highfield

Coleen Highfield has over 20 years of experience in HR, with a focus on international HR strategy and operations. Coleen has held key leadership positions in various companies, including WEX, Kantar Media, MoneyGram International, LCH Clearnet, GE Capital, BP, HBOS, and Standard Life. In their most recent role as Vice President of HR at WEX, they led a global team of 30 and was responsible for all HR services for the international team. Throughout their career, Highfield has partnered with senior executives and regional leadership teams to drive HR initiatives and support business growth.
