Lathika Hegde Pmp

Lathika Hegde obtained their MBA and PMP certifications and has gained over 20 years of work experience in various leading roles. Their recent work includes serving as the VP of Data Platform at WEX since 2023. Before that, they worked at FIS from 2018 to 2023 in roles such as the Global Head of Data Platform Engineering & Delivery and the Director of Development in Platform Engineering at Worldpay. Prior to FIS, they were employed as the Solution Delivery Leader VP at Fifth Third Bank from 2016 to 2018. Lathika also held positions at Ford Motor Company, DMI - BDI Division, Kalvin Consulting, ACRO Service Corp, and Cincinnati Valve Company. Their expertise includes data platform engineering, project management, solution delivery, and business process improvement.

Lathika Hegde MBA PMP completed their Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts from Xavier University in 2007. In 2009, they obtained their MBA in Business Administration from the same university. Additionally, they became a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2009. Lathika also holds a certification as a SAP Certified Application Associate for SAP HANA 1.0, which they obtained from SAP in 2013. Lathika further expanded their knowledge by completing a Business Intelligence certification from SAP in 2011. Prior to their higher education, Lathika pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Physics, and Computer Science from Bangalore University. Lathika also obtained an Advanced Diploma in Japanese Language from Savitribai Phule Pune University in 2003. Lathika has also earned additional certifications such as Certified HANA Trainer and Certified application associate-SAP BO Web Intelligence XI 3.x from SAP, and the PMP certification from PMI in 2009.
