Michele Frost, JD, CEP, is a seasoned compensation professional with extensive experience in managing executive compensation and incentive programs. Currently serving as the Lead Compensation Consultant at WEX Inc. since March 2014, Michele oversees stock plans, executive deferred compensation, executive programs, and short-term incentive plan management, while also preparing Board materials and proxy CD&A. Previous roles include AVP of Compensation at The Hartford (2011-2013), Manager of Compensation, Benefits & HRIS and Manager of HR Mergers & Acquisitions at Pratt & Whitney (2005-2011), and various managerial positions focused on executive compensation and benefits at United Technologies (2001-2005). Michele holds a J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law and multiple Bachelor's degrees in Business and Psychology from UC Irvine.
